If you haven’t read Whitetail Rock what are you waiting for?

Right now, I’m finishing up a short story that’s a bit of an epilogue for Jurgen and Nik, working title The Fix. In it we get to see some of their relationship from Jurgen’s point of view. Now, Jurgen isn’t really snarky, per se, but he has his moments. One thing that I found out is that Jurgen likes to indulge in a sort of body snark. Don’t know what I mean? Well, here’s an example.

Interestingly, it’s also my snark for the day…

Nik was narrow-eyed, nostrils flared. He’d looked exactly like that the first time Jurgen saw him. Suspicious.

Jurgen winked.
